Audio Downloading Instructions
You can play the first few verses of each Haftarah via our website for free, simply by clicking the
"Play Your Haftarah" link on each individual Haftarah page. The following instructions are for downloading an entire Haftorah as an mp3 file
that can then be played on your computer, iPod or any mp3 player.
Should you have any difficulty locating your order,
you can look it up and get your haftarah download links here: https://www.payloadz.com/d1/lookup.aspx
--> Steps 1 and 2 below will download the Haftorah audio files directly onto your computer.
(Files can then be played directly on your computer, or copied onto a CD, iPod or mp3 player.)
Click on the green "Download mp3" button from your Haftorah page, and complete the transaction.
You will then receive an email with a link that will take you to our download website. There you can download the .mp3 audio files
onto your computer by clicking the corresponding link. (You may have to click "save file" in order to have it saved on your computer's hard drive.)
Hint: Remember the download location on your hard drive.
[When in doubt, save the files to your computer "desktop". Another way to accomplish this is by doing a "right mouse click" on the filename
(Windows-based computers) and click "save target as" or "save link as". Then choose where on your computer you want to save the file.
Mac OS / Apple users do a "command click" to save the file on their computer.]
--> Continue the following steps to install the audio files into iTunes (for playing on your iPad/iPhone/iPod player):
Open the iTunes software on your computer.
Click on "File," and then select "Add to Library."
Locate the audio files on your hard drive.
Select the audio file and click "Open" to add it to your library.
Now sync iTunes with your mobile device (which will add it to the music library of your mobile device).
** The Haftorah and blessings should now be on your iPad/iPhone and ready to play.
They will either show up in an album called "Haftorah Audio", or you can find it under artist: "Rabbi Mark Zimmerman"
